Modular Living Group develop and manufacture modular houses and units based on our standard sizes;

6 x 2.50 m / 6 x 2.99 m / 12 x 2.50 m / 12 x 2.50 m - height 2.80 m / inside height 2.40 m

From these standard sizes, we can build them together in different setup - where everything can be customized and adapted to our clients requirements. For example; do you want 2 bathrooms, maybe a sauna or a home office - everything can be done according to your wishes.

We only use high-quality materials and components in our modular houses and units. All models are rated Energy Class B with top insulation that can withstand the hashest winter conditions - 4-12-4 windows/sliding doors all made of PVC etc.

Average lead-time / building time between 12 to 15 weeks on most models. We can deliver to most countries in Europe within 3-4 days. Our monthly capacity is 40-50 units.
